Reminder: Tea Time Meeting 4/27/17 at 6PM, HOP, 229 Airport Road, Arden. Special Agenda: Black Robed Regiment: Who are they? What do they do? Why are they vital to the Christian community and our pastors? What can we do to assist in getting them to our neighborhood?
Your homework due Thursday night at Tea Time is to memorize Rules for Kicking Ass. Yes. There will be a quiz!
Thank You Dr. Dan's Freedom Forum for making it possible to bring this program to western North Carolina for Constitution Week this year. It's beyond exciting! As we piece together the moving parts of establishing dates, times and locations for this event, we're looking for venues in various locations that can accommodate larger crowds (perhaps 200 on up). We are working on the venues. (Polk, Henderson, Buncombe, Cherokee)
Right NOW! We need volunteers to help gather the contact e-mail list for Polk, Buncombe, Henderson, and Cherokee Christian churches, Christian schools, home schoolers, Patriot Camp, and grassroots conservative groups, including GOP organizations, to put on our list to invite. This entails at-your-desk computer work. We would like at least 4 volunteers to complete the lists per county.
Please contact the following folks:
- Buncombe and Henderson: Jane at 828 692 3117. Jane@AshevilleTeaParty.org
- Polk: Dick Shaughnessy: 352 638 2981 firstname.lastname@example.org
- Cherokee: Dr. Dan Eichenbaum: 828 494 7283 email@example.com
We also need donations. Shortly, we will have a Go Fund Me Page connected to our Asheville Tea Party account to accept donations for the event The venues charge a fee plus proof of insurance. It could run as much as $500 per location even with our 501c4. Plus, Dr Dan Eichenbaum of Dr. Dan's Freedom Forum has been kind enough to donate his own resources to bring Reverend Dan Fisher and his multi-media presentation to us. We would like to offset these expenses. Plus we must pay for the venues in multiple locations during Constitution Week.
You can also send checks (Memo: specifying BRR) to Asheville Tea Party, c/o J. Bilello, 218 Vincent Place, Hendersonville, NC 28739 or come in person at Tea Time at 6PM on Thursdays, IHOP, 229 Airport Rd., Arden.
Thank you so much in advance for any assistance in bringing this awesome opportunity to our community and our children.
