June 9, 2017, AC-T: While International Rescue Committee Cancels Plans To Expand in Asheville is welcome news, especially with the escalating attacks on innocent civilians and children. we cannot afford to become complacent. These 'committees' make their money by importing refugees. These refugees come from failed states where we cannot vet. The left never goes away pushing their failed agenda. All the more reason for us to remain ever vigilant.
For those of you who know someone who is suffering from Trump Derangement Disorder ... Egypt and the Philippines have the largest population of Muslims in the world. Those countries are not on Trump's travel ban list. Sorry! Get over it. Trump's job is to protect the citizens of the USA and that's what he's doing!
Please remember that we need to continue to remind our Commissioners that the North Carolina State Refugee Plan calls for all local agencies such as the county department of health and social service, schools as well as those who may be affected by the arrival of refugees, to be consulted about the arrival of refugees to the community. The program is supposed to be transparent and open to the public. We expect transparency and public hearings, should commissioners be approached by any church or provider organizations.

Remember, the Congress in their dereliction to defund planned parenthood, also didn't defund the refugee program in the April budget. In addition to Asheville possibly being negatively impacted, communities within a 50 mile radius of Asheville would also be negatively impacted. http://ijr.com/2017/05/884044-state-dept-opens-door-refugees-enter-us/
I hate throwing cold water on some good news, but we must remain vigilant. See Refugee Resettlement Watch Ann Corcoran's SHOCKING VIDEO, REFUGEES - IMMIGRANTS How Do They Get In?
Asheville Tea Party along with the invaluable help of Congressman Mark Meadows has been vigilant and pro active on this issue of refugee resettlement. I have heard from other activists across the state who were caught off guard and now have a growing problem in their counties. They encouraged us to get out in front of situation. If you hear any rumblings in your churches or other organizations, please contact me so we can investigate.
We remain optimistic and hopeful that the Supreme Court will put the lower courts back in their constitutional box. The President is charged with keeping us safe and that is what President Trump is doing!

Shared by NCListen: See how mass immigration is negatively impacting our public schools in the USA. Also my research over the years shows that it costs almost double for about four years to educate an immigrant public school student, due to special classes for English, tutorial, etc. The children of citizens, especially our poor and low performing, are often not given the resources they need to succeed due to significant funds going to immigrant students.
