Henderson County Residential Property Values At Stake With Party Barn Permit

Property Values at Stake in Henderson County:  Call/email Henderson County Commissioners and emphatically request they put the 'Event/Party Barn' Permit # SUP - 15 - 04 on their May 1st, 2017 Agenda for the purpose of ordering a hearing to revoke the permit.  (See below for sample email and message.)  

Worse, this permit was issued for a commercial building in residential area (191).  Permit SUP - 15 - 04 violates county ordinances:  specifically the issues of safety, harmony, and property values.  The Zoning Board of Adjustments ignored county ordinances.  Worse, one group of five Zoning Adjustment Board members were present at the hearing and then another group  of five voted on the Findings and Conclusions.  There is something seriously amiss.  (Hendersonville Lightning Article here.)

 

This issue effects you and your property values!  If this permit is not revoked, your neighborhood is no longer safe from commercial building.  Zoned residential will come to mean nothing!  

 

After you call and email commissioners. please attend the Henderson County Commissioner meeting on May 1st, 2017 and bring your neighbors.
