YOU need to stop it NOW!
Absentee ballot voter fraud is in our near future without Personally Identifying Information (PII) on absentee ballots.
RINO NC Rep David Lewis (R) paving the way!! What are we going to do about it … This week’s action alert!!
Thank you Jay Delancy from Voter Integrity Project for providing us with this information.
Our job as activists is to make sure that our NC Reps understand that only CITIZENS and NC RESIDENTS turn in absentee ballots. The Floyd Amendment strips away that assurance. RINO Rep David Lewis supported the amendment and is responsible for its passage last session. We need to make 'em feel the heat. It needs to be removed this session and we are running out of time.
"July 11, 2019 (Raleigh) – Despite the stellar efforts the NC House and Senate have made to preventing (criminal?) enterprise-level absentee ballot voter fraud, they still need to fix one provision snuck into 2018’s voter ID lawthat will make California-style absentee ballot chaos the new normal in North Carolina. ...
The perpetrator, Rep. Elmer Floyd, snuck in loophole during a committee debate over requiring absentee voters to provide voter ID “in the same manner as is required for in-person voters.” And that last clause caused problems. ...
For unknown reasons, Democrats have pushed this idea in floor debates for years and Republicans have always resisted. This time, Committee Chairman David Lewis (R) expressed support for the amendment and it sailed through the process by a 106-1 floor vote (last session). ...
The NC House has a pretty good shot at fixing the Floyd problem by amending Senate Bill 683, to reinstate those elements of Personally Identifying Information (called “P-I-I”) for their absentee voters. While it’s a nice idea to treat absentee voters exactly like in-person voters, they’re not the same and any sane court of law would agree.
But here’s the bottom line: By adding the Floyd Amendment into NC’s voter ID law, voter impersonation fraud is easier to commit than it was before we have a voter ID law on the books.
Now . . . what are you going to do about it? ..."
That's where we come in.
