Saturday, January 25: Common Core Seminar at A B Tech. Be there!

Come and find out the facts. Leave with Action Items.

Are you a parent or concerned citizen who wonders what you can do to confront the impact of Common Core Standards in your child’s school? If you are then please join us on Saturday, January 25th, 2014 at A B Technical College, Rhododendron Hall, Room 351 at 9 AM.

Bring local school board members - parents - business leaders.  This event will have everything you need to know about Common Core.

A great way to invite someone is to ask if they have heard a Common Core presentation that gives the pros and cons?  Has there been one bit of information from the State Department of Public Instruction with weaknesses or concerns of this massive change in our public schools?  Have local boards or superintendents given any concerns about the new standards?

Or come just get another view.  Then decide for yourself.  Be open to dialogue on this very important issue.  Q & A included.

Speakers include and other confirming.   We will keep you updated.
