AZ Freedom Caucus Applaud the U.S. Supreme Court for Emergency Stay Issued Yesterday. AZ Rejects State Voter Registration forms NOT Accompanied by Proof of Citizenship!

Arizona Freedom Caucus and its Chair Senator Jake Hoffman (R) applauded the U.S. Supreme Court for the emergency stay issued yesterday.  This stay, involving HB 2492, allows Arizona the ability to outright reject state voter registration forms NOT accompanied by PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP - for now.  

The litigation will continue.  This decision by the SCOTUS is a huge step in the right direction for protecting U.S. Citizens votes from noncitizens voting.
