As a citizen, you have a right under the law, to witness the boot up of the scanner/tabulator and to view and photograph the zero tapes before the polls open on election day on 11/08/2022, before voters enter and after the polls close on election night after the last voter has left the voting enclosure to observe and photograph the tabulation of votes and printing of the results tape(s).

It might be a good idea to present this ahead of time to your BOE Director. The Chief Judge at your precinct may delay you in the AM trying to get clearance from the BOE. (This happened to me primary election night. It took the Judge 3 1/2 hours to get permission from the BOE.) Take the Affidavit with you in the AM and PM to present to the Chief Judge. Remember to fill out a report in SEIRS - yeah or nay.
