North Carolina Election Integrity Team - NCEIT County Coordinator, _____ County

Dear GOP (County) Chair, (Mr/Ms _____), Congratulations on becoming the Wake County GOP Chair. I am contacting you to introduce myself, (Your first and last name), and a non-profit that I am a volunteer with that is focused on Election Integrity in NC (https://www.nceit.org/). Mr. Jim Womack is leading NCEIT at the State level. This group was active during the last General Election. There are “Eight Systems of Election Integrity”. (See below.) We have State task force teams for each.

NCEIT is now working to set-up efforts in each NC County. At present I am leading the initiative for (Your) County). One of our areas of focus is Election Judges, Observers and Greeters. We have training for Observers and Greeters and would hope to work closely with the Wake County GOP to staff as many available slots for early voting and for election day. Do you have someone that we could work with on Judges, Observers and Greeters to see how many openings were filled in the last election and if the training that we offer would suffice for the volunteers at the polling stations in future elections to prevent redundant training? It would also be beneficial to work together on recruiting volunteers for these positions. We also have had some activity with the (Your) County Board of Elections and have an active Legislative Advocacy Team at the State level led by Jim Womack.

We will also be training Poll Observers again as we did in 2022. Our training is interactive and designed to give poll observers confidence in the law as well as dealing with situations that may come up during voting.

NCEIT wants to make it “Easy to Vote and Hard to Cheat” and is Developing Local Election Integrity Task Forces for the long-term solution to election transparency.
