Resolution Updated to Combat Mail-In Vote Fraud https://voterintegrityproject.com/resolution-updated-to-combat-mail-in-vote-fraud/
Raleigh (March 4, 2021) — Note: Two late-breaking investigations have caused Voter Integrity Project to revise the resolution, proposed in yesterday’s post and the link to the new resolution is at both that page and here.
The first investigation came to a head yesterday, involving a rogue notary public, who now has a warrant out for her arrest after being accused of facilitating fraudulent votes on a staggering 66 of the 84 mail-in ballots cast during an Aberdeen City Council run-off election that was decided by 37 votes.
While North Carolina’s Attorney General talk about the bulk of voter fraud being by absentee, the Mississippi Judge actually did something about the problem yesterday, in a 64-page ruling that ordered a new election as a result of the campaign’s rampant absentee ballot fraud.
Thanks to some decisive leadership by Arizona’s State Senate President Karen Fann, We the People have won an important courthouse fight with the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors over the Senate’s legal authority to seize and manually recount all 2.1 million ballots cast in Maricopa County.
According to our highly placed insider, the Senate will select the audit team this week and begin the recount, possibly as early as this Monday.
Legal filings by the other hero in this story, Judiciary Committee Chair Warren Peterson, Arizona is in a unique battle that will either re3store pubic trust in the outcome or create major headlines that will disrupt everything.
“We understand there are 15-16 states watching this very closely,” said our source, “so this could get really interesting in the next 10 days.”
New Hampshire Shenanigans
Thanks to Kristi St. Laurent, an angry New Hampshire Democrat candidate who lost her election by 24 votes and demanded a manual recount in early November.
The manual recount led to the staggering discovery that four Republican State House winners had each been shorted by 297, 299, 303, and 298 votes respectively.
Adding insult to injury, the manual recount also revealed that the Dominion AccuVote machines had illegally awarded St. Laurent an additional 99 votes.
The Dominion machines were not connected to the internet, according to the other hero in this story, Ed Naile.
Ed, a Democrat, has spent 20 years fighting both electoral fraud committed by public officials and voter fraud committed by 10 out-of-state AmeriCorps workers.
“You would think this would have been solved by the Dominion machine company,” said Naile, ” or maybe by the Secretary of State, the Elections Unit of the AG’s Office, or the laughable Ballot Law Commission.”
Instead, it took citizen pressure on elected officials.
North Carolina Nothingness
Thanks to the website managers at the North Carolina General Assembly, a quick search of their webpage indicates no substantive election laws have been introduced to date.
Of course, Governor Cooper’s veto pen looms large over the NCGA this year, but there are at least two options they can take to circumvent the Governor’s partisan penmanship:
- A constitutional amendment will put any question directly to the people and bypass any devious hearts residing in the top executive position.
- A Legislative audit can allow the constitutional branch in charge of the spending to exercise oversight of any state agency under its purview.
Did you notice what’s missing?
Cowardice is not an option.
